You'll get an answer within one business day, usually faster. Before you write, here's what we can actually do something about:

• A site refuses to pay out or pulled something shady on you. Name the site and tell us what happened. Payout complaints can cost a site its rating, and repeat offenders get dropped from our lists entirely.
• A bonus code from our pages stopped working. Send the code and the site you tried it on. We re-check codes every month, but sites change their terms without warning and we'd rather hear it from you than find out at the next audit.
• You run a skin site and want it reviewed. We'll look at anything. Just know the review says what we find, and a partnership doesn't move the score.
• Something in a review is wrong. Old bonus amount, dead link, outdated screenshot. Point it out and we'll fix it.
