CSGOBig Review

CSGOBig is one of the older names in CS2 skin gambling and is built around case battles. This update comes with a caveat that belongs at the top rather than in a footnote: we could not open the site. Every request to csgobig.com returned HTTP 403 on 3 September 2026. What follows is drawn from the most recent readable capture of the site, taken on 16 April 2026, from the compiled application code served with that capture, and from Trustpilot. Where a fact would normally come from a live session, we have said so instead of guessing.

Who runs CSGOBig?

The footer compiled into the site's own front-end reads: "CSGOBIG is operated by True Polygon Entertainment Limited (HE 422125) - 30, Peirarios, Fl.: 1, Apt.: 1, 2023, Strovolos, Cyprus", next to a 2026 copyright line. That is a Cypriot registration number, not a gaming licence.

No licence number, no regulator and no jurisdiction of licence appears anywhere in the captured code or page. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy open as in-app modals rather than as pages with their own addresses, which means they are not archived and we could not read either. On a site that holds player balances, that is a real gap, and it is the single biggest reason to treat the rest of this page as description rather than endorsement.

What games does the site run?

The site's own meta description sums the floor up as "Case Battles, Cases, Double & Upgrader". The application code carries interface strings for a good deal more than that.

For comparison, the site's public /api/system endpoint from January 2024 had battles, coinflip, jackpot, roulette, market and gift cards switched on, and upgrade switched off. The floor has clearly moved since, which is why we are describing what the 2026 code carries rather than presenting a fixed list as current.

How does CSGOBig handle fairness?

The code carries a full Random.org verification block: a Random.org seed, serial number and signature are shown alongside a round hash, a round seed and a client seed you can change. Delegating the draw to Random.org and publishing the signature is a stronger arrangement than a bare in-house hash, because the entropy comes from outside the operator and the signature can be checked against Random.org rather than against CSGOBig.

That guarantee covers individual rounds. It says nothing about whether a withdrawal will be paid, and the Trustpilot complaints below are about the second thing, not the first.

What are the deposits, withdrawals and cashback?

The deposit code names cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Skrill, Kinguin gift cards, and Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Ripple, Solana, Tron and USDT. Skin deposits and withdrawals are routed through third parties named in the code as Skindeck and Skinsback. Crypto and WAX withdrawals were both flagged on in the 2024 API response.

Cashback is the clearest documented reward on the site, and it is a level ladder:

Alongside it the code carries a daily wheel, daily and level cases, a daily raffle, and daily, weekly and monthly races with prize pools labelled 10K, 25K and 100K credits. Reward eligibility is not uniform: Case Battles, Cases, Flip and Royale count in full, while Double, Roll, Keno, Upgrader and Defusal only count on rounds that settle at 2.00x or higher.

What do other players report?

Trustpilot gives CSGOBig a TrustScore of 3.5 from 225 reviews, with 67% at five stars and 30% at one. The business claimed the profile in April 2024 and replies to roughly half of the negative reviews.

The positive reviews cluster on deposit and withdrawal speed and on support responsiveness. The negative ones cluster on three things: accounts suspended after a win, KYC verification demanded only at the point of withdrawal, and rigging allegations aimed specifically at case battle outcomes. The first two are the pattern worth planning around. If you intend to play here, complete verification before you have a balance worth arguing over.

Who is it for, and who should skip it?

It suits a player who mainly wants case battles, who values a Random.org-backed verifier, and who is willing to accept an unlicensed operator in exchange for a deep game floor and a published cashback ladder.

Skip it if you want a named regulator, if you want to read the terms before you register, or if a 30% one-star share on a claimed Trustpilot profile is more risk than you want to carry. And treat the absence of a licence as the headline finding here, not as a detail.
